  5. All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

  7. Children & Beds: Children below 12 years are free to accommodate with parents at no extra cost without an extra bed. An Extra bed cost USD 35.00 nett per night with Breakfast
  8. The maximum number of extra bed allowed is one per room.

    Guarantee Policy

    In order Guarantee reservation, requires a credit card details while making the booking and the charges will be charged to given credit card.

    If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

    We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation and pre-payment policies vary according to type of Reservation. Please check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.

    To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.

    Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

    1. Non- Refundable

    Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit for entire stay and will be charged to your credit card.

    2. Refundable

    Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on date of arrival will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on date of arrival, or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

    Early Check-in

    - If check in before 9 am. Full charged will be charge applicable form previous night.
    - Check-in between 9-2 pm. 50% rate will be applied on your room rate.

    Late Check-out

    - Check-out between 12-6 pm. 50% of the room rate will be applicable
    - Check-out after 6 pm full rate will be charged.
